David Hamilton

David is a data-driven strategy, business development, and marketing executive with extensive operational excellence and human resources experience. One of the original proponents of the integration of Lean and Six Sigma, David has helped companies innovate, grow, raise capital, acquire assets, and attract top talent for over 25 years.

Prior to Firefly Consulting, David worked as a manager with Accenture’s CMS practice focusing on organizational design & development, training, compensation, reward theory, and change management. At AlliedSignal/Honeywell, he led the development of the Total Quality Leadership Program. He served as director of recruiting and marketing for the George Group, the Highland Group, and M&A Partners, and acted as the vice president of the Management Recruiters International branch.
