Kimberly McAdams

Committed to knowledge transfer, Kimberly has taught and coached over 800 champions and belts in a wide variety of industries including insurance, banking and finance, higher education, healthcare, energy, consumer products, medical devices, electronics, semiconductors, chemical, and automotive.
Her interest in process improvement developed over two decades ago as an engineer and manager at Motorola, working in Texas, Arizona, and frequently in Europe and the Far East. She is a contributing inventor on US Patent 523156.
