Industries include: hospitality, government, distribution, consumer products, construction, defense, electronics, manufacturing, oil and gas, and automotive.
Kevin routinely partners with senior leadership to design and implement initiatives that align with corporate strategy and are consistent with company culture. Having worked in over 30 different countries, Kevin can adapt proven methodologies to a specific corporate culture, ensuring that knowledge transfer and results are sustainable.
He recently performed buy-side operational due diligence and merger integration planning on several multi-billion-dollar acquisition targets for a Tier 1 automotive supplier. He led a cross functional team of consultants and client SME's on 40+ site visits to identify and quantify operational synergies.
In addition to being certified as a Master Black Belt and having extensive process improvement experience, for more than 10 years, Kevin has delivered personal and team effectiveness training to 2,000+ project leaders and senior executives.
Prior to Firefly Consulting, Kevin was a Master Black Belt at USG Corp. and worked as a consultant for George Group, Deloitte, and 3Circle Partners.
