Lean is about speed and efficiency. Six Sigma is about understanding your customer, gathering data, and analyzing the data to address the root cause of an issue. Combined, they are a best practice methodology for continuous improvement.
Our experienced team will work with you to customize an approach that drives significant results to the bottom line and fits with the culture of your business. We offer a full suite of Lean Six Sigma services, for the large-scale global deployment or for the small business looking to get started.
We help clients with assessments, opportunity identification and selection, deployment planning, Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt training, Kaizen events, project mentoring, and leading significant projects. Our clients typically see at least a 10X return on their investment.
Training Courses
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt This course delivers the most comprehensive training and Lean Six Sigma tool kit. Black Belts will be equipped to drive significant projects with meaningful business results.
At the end of this course, Green Belts will have the tools that they need to lead well-scoped Lean Six Sigma projects and to support Black Belts on larger initiatives.
Our Yellow Belt course features an interactive simulation that introduces Lean Six Sigma and teaches basic improvement tools that participants can use in their daily work.

Our Yellow Belt training is a one-day workshop that we have developed based on our 20+ years of experience introducing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and techniques to new practitioners.
The workshop is highly interactive, based on a three-round simulation where students apply the tools to improve a process as a team. The simulation will take you through the DMAIC process and introduce basic tools in a fun learning environment. Students leave the workshop with an introduction to Lean Six Sigma and the ability to apply some improvement tools to their daily work.
We have consulting experience with engagements as diverse as mergers and acquisitions, operations strategy, supply chain acceleration, shop-floor process improvements, and call center efficiency improvement.
Assessments are customized to meet your goals, leveraging our frameworks and knowledge of best practices from years of industry experience. Recent work has been in financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and supply chain.
