Robert Watson-Hemphill brings over fifteen years of experience in management consulting and finance to the Firefly Team. He oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, and tax functions for Firefly Consulting.
Before joining Firefly Consulting, Robert was a Senior Consultant with Accenture, helping state governments with IT transformation projects in his PMO role. As a PMP, he also helped his project become CMMI level 3 certified for the first time. He also spent several years working as a financial and systems analyst in the life insurance industry.
Robert is also a musician. He plays guitar and sings in a karaoke backup band for people with intellectual and physical disabilities, and is involved in other social entrepreneurship projects in Austin.
