Known for cultivating collaborative partnerships across functions and leadership levels, Jin delivers measurable results in customer experience, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Jin has led complex initiatives across a diverse range of industries, including insurance, financial services and banking, healthcare, retail, and media and entertainment. Her engagements span operational assessments, process re-engineering, PMO design, and large-scale continuous improvement programs.
Prior to joining Firefly, Jin served as Vice President of Operations Excellence and Strategic Planning at Entertainment Partners, a TPG portfolio company, where she led enterprise-wide transformation and performance improvement initiatives. A significant focus of her tenure was modernizing how the organization worked, deploying robotic process automation, digitizing workflows, and replacing manual reporting with a dynamic enterprise-wide analytics platform, collectively eliminating redundancies and recapturing more than 40,000 labor hours across core business functions. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Warner Bros., Point B, Accenture and General Electric (GE).
