As an organizational transformation leader, Kristine has deployed process improvement and innovation tools to clients around the world, with an emphasis on driving organic internalization of these techniques. Kristine has demonstrated expertise in organizational assessments, project management, Six Sigma, Lean, Design for Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, simulation and statistical modelling.

Kristine’s global resume details many years of experience delivering high value consulting projects and mentoring others in their internalization of new tools and methodologies. She has worked within insurance, logistics/distribution, chemical, manufacturing, oil and gas, medical device, healthcare, aerospace, electronics, retail and service companies ranging from $400M to $40B in annual revenue.

Recently, Kristine managed a Lean Six Sigma deployment at a $40B healthcare organization. The deployment involved delivering strategic consulting projects centered on end to end, cross functional process improvement. The team additionally developed a workforce planning tool that allowed leadership to make critical decisions on FTE changes as the business expanded. This program returned 10X investment in the first year.
