As the leader of Firefly’s work in North America, Kristine Nissen Bradley has more than two decades of experience deploying process improvement and innovation methods to companies both nationally and abroad. An analytical and conceptual thinker, she works within organizations from the executive offices through to the frontline, ensuring effective and sustainable transformations.
Kristine is a Certified Analytics Professional with broad experience in organizational assessments, project management, Six Sigma, Lean, Design for Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, simulation and statistical modelling.
Kristine has partnered with an array of clients to solve complex business challenges, assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations. Sample industries include: healthcare, insurance, private equity, logistics/distribution, chemical, manufacturing, oil and gas, medical device, aerospace, electronics, retail and service companies ranging from $400M to $40B in annual revenue.
Recently, Kristine managed a Lean Six Sigma deployment at a $40B healthcare organization. The deployment involved delivering strategic consulting projects centered on end to end, cross functional process improvement. The team additionally developed a workforce planning tool that allowed leadership to make critical decisions on FTE changes as the business expanded. This program returned 10X investment in the first year.
Kristine frequently presents at international conferences on topics related to advanced analytics, and she is also a published author whose most recent book, Innovating Lean Six Sigma (McGraw-Hill, 2016) draws on her decades of work implementing process improvement.
